这个需要在生产用料清单的需求模型（编码是MRP_DP_PrdPPBOM_D）增加过滤条件，

过滤条件为:and exists(select 1 from t_prd_moentry tmoe where tmoe.fentryid=t0.FMoEntryId and tmoe.FIsSuspend='0')
