应付单反审核提示错误

应付单反审核时，提示：
wcf服务的错误，可能计算服务没有启动！,详细信息如：There was no endpoint listening at http://localhost:1983/Computing/service that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
检查发现：系统的计算任务的服务没有启动，而且“找不到指定的文件”。
上次是服务中没有此项，是按前面同事提示自行重新安装此了服务。{{{/article/2667987}}}
现请问如何修复？
