外网打不开BOS设计器

环境：V5.1 餐饮

问题：内网打开BOS，财务报表平台都很正常。但是外网打开的话，会提示下图所示错误，然后自动打开客户端，不管是套打还是BOS，或者是财务报表平台，都会这样打开客户端。
另外，外网地址是183.129.223.178:8300 这个8899其实是内网端口
