win8系统BOS设计器出错

给客户安装cloud服务器，操作系统是win8 企业版 64位，安装过程很顺利没错误，完成后打开BOS设计器，新建单据或是部署到主控台，点到名字输入框
时就会报错，如图所示

错误信息如下：
