急：个别员工重新初始化导入报错

员工企业任职经历录入错误，重新初始化导入模板导入，报错，无法导入，发现所有人员初始化导入都报错~~~！不知道什么原因。

检查报告错误：

Caused exception message is: Unexpected system failure, see server log for details.; nested exception is: java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException: TxEJB wrap a Not_BaseException while Reflect Invoke ControllerBean.无法导入该行
