新增的动态表单保存出错，急，谢谢！

老师，我的一个新动态表单，扩展后，保存，出现如下提示，而且这个表单的插件我都去掉勾了，也就是说不和插件挂钩了，那为啥我保存的时候还会出现这个提示呢？是那方便的问题呢请老师指点，谢谢
